Our Story
With 30 years of experience in recruitment alongside 2COMS Group, we observed a significant challenge – a time-consuming & complicated hiring process. Employers struggled with disorganised databases and unresponsive candidates, while job seekers faced unprepared interviews, connections and a lack of job information.
Seeing this tale of struggle and missed opportunities, we knew it was time to make a change. In association with 2COMS, we embarked on a journey that would lead to the creation of the 'Har Din Job Mela' app in 2023. This user-friendly application is designed to be the bridge between job seekers and employers, bringing them together seamlessly through tech-driven interview solutions.
